I did my promos and won all 10/10 and got 3 S+, 3 S, 2 S-, an A+ and a B+. My rank, Bronze 2. This has to be a mistake or something. I'm in disbelief. Like what does a guy have to do to not start in bronze.

That is unfortunate . But judging by that you should have an easy time getting out of bronze

Your champion mastery grades and personal performance have virtually no impact on your actual ranking or placement. If you had somehow won all those games while going 0/20, you'd still be placed in Bronze 2. The only things that is taken into account is win/loss.
