Has anyone seen an ez mid win?

Ap ez does hardly any damage until almost full build and even then it's mostly sustained poke damage. He doesn't compare to a normal burst mage or assassin mid imo. I literally don't think I've seen one win on my team or on the enemy team and I'm sick of seeing them. The damage charts at the end are deceiving because like I said does all constant poke damage so hitting 80k on charts at the end doesnt compare with an annie or lissandra hitting 50k.

Do I just see all the bad ones or do you experience the same thing
