Death Recap System - Needs Rework?

When you die, you might want to know how, and do a calculation if you're realy curious. This is where League of Legend's Death Recap system comes in. When you die, you will see a death recap of what killed you within the following seconds of In-Combat (as i believe). Yet, this system often leaves some more confused to start with. Ive posted a link with this thread showing of one rare situation that happened to me. Ive not realy had any similar like the picture shows afterwards, but thats not the main point. I could show pictures of many odd death recaps that more missleads than explains, but i rather want to cut the chase. 1: Mixed damage, damage dealth in really small portions or something similar, is often portrayed as a blank square or a picture that does not relate to the situation at all, with either numbers and few words as its name decription, or sometimes, which i find realy odd, has the name of another champion's effect. This is something picture worthy, sadly my screen capture program does not always capture the moments I command, and its rare. 2: Sometimes Ive died to Effect stats, with no name and/or sometimes no stats. "Might be item 3285 Luden's Echo that got bugged" one might think, but sometimes it could be an effect that killed you after you escaped combat that is not even mentioned in the death recap. Then you could think of the Red Buff, bleed, burn and such, but how would you know unless you're realy experienced? 3: Im not sure, but i believe that Death Recap does not sort itself by highest damage dealth, rather just the latest ability/effect that struck you. This is of little good sometimes when you wonder what massive ability struck half your health before that teamfight. Especialy when it only shows 3 stats from each enemy that hurt you. Would be nice with a scroll bar, longer death recap HUD or more compressed text to fit in maybe upto 5 stats from each enemy that hurt you. Atleast, I would find that neat.

These are just some of the problems i can remember by mind right now, as Ive played League of Legends for 3 full years now (and soon to be more), I could note down every error that the death recap has made, concluding in a repport as big as Mordekaiser's bugs, but I never cared too much aftergame about it to even make a bother to complain in the forums. See? Aftergame, thats when it does not matter what the death recap tells you, which is another reason that the death recap is a know issue, just people dont seem to care too much, and give up on trusting it or using it for what its meant for. I myself, mostly use it to see what hit me, though I dont trust the damage dealth stat at all. I also still believe today that Riot's League of Legend has some miscalculation. LoL is an game based on categories with each containing sets of numbers representing stats for something. It must be some real mastermind to keep it all clean. Now I might be wrong, because I got this idea from watching what the Death Recap tells me, which I myself proclaim to show only half if its content, when it could show more.

[zombie-brand-mindblown] Now why would anybody care realy? For me to start playing LoL, I realy had my wonders from how and why an ability that hit me did so much damage, especialy if the Burst-Down-META's hit you hard, you realy want to know (I assume). It includes basic attacks, if an basic attack is empowered by a passive ( item 3057 Sheen / item 3147 Duskblade or champion passives like Riven Riven or Kayn Kayn), you would like to know these stuff. After alot of time passing with confusion, Ive managed to find out, but not thanks to the death recap system, which is its intended use: to make a recap of what killed you upon in-combat time (as I believe). And I feel like its only done half its job. Yes it shows what killed you, but often not the whole story, and often in a messy way, with passive effects doing like 20 - 70 dmg taking up space where an 500 dmg ability could be at, for you to learn and understand. I also feel that the death recap system has been untouched for so long, except for when new abilities and champion passives come in, yet if the main part of the system is not synced up with the updates, it will just be a bigger project by the time to fix the death recap system.

I am sorry if you had troubbles understanding, English is not my native language.

Just my opinion, recap hasn't been useful ever. It needs small changes. Smaller text with every source of damage listed.
