Soul Stealer vayne in my first ever Hextech Chest

So, I played on my smurf account and i opened my first chest that i got from my red envelope, and i got a 1/400 mythic shard , that is, the soul stealer vayne. i was quite surprised really as my main accounts didnt get its first ultimate until i was level 120. so seeing that i got this shard at level 8 that wasnt my main account, i was quite amused yet gutted.
