My thoughts on how to balance certain champions
Ok, so it's a pretty normal thing to find a player getting mad about a certain champion someone on the other team is playing, and they could just be raging, had a bad day, is bad etc. but with certain champions, I feel like they could use a certain nerf to make them more balanced. In this thread I'm mostly going to be talking about 4 champs and some slight tweaks riot could place so that the champs could be a little more balanced.

Nidalee: They should nerf nidalee's heal and q damage and make her jump on a slightly longer cooldown (increase it by 1 or 2 secs) . That heal is kinda crazy with how much attack speed it gives, not to mention the overall amount it heals. nid's spears do insane damage and have a very short cooldown, and frankly her burst potential is insane and can easily wipe out squishies in milliseconds. And kids jump gives way too much chase and escape potential, not to mention it requires no mana to use so you can you it infinitely.

Riven: This champ flat-out NEEDS a nerf, her q does way to much damage and and gives her amazing escapes not to mention it gives her 3 stacks of her passive so you could push towers easily and completely destroy champions in no time. Her w is just kinda a annoying with the stun right around her but it makes her INCREDIBLY useful in team fights, after she q in and knock everyone up she w and everyone is immobilized for even longer. Her e scales off ad and scales pretty well, so she could go full ad and still have insane tankiness, and her ult deals way too much damage. I say nerf the scaling of q and ult and make her q and e a longer cooldown and have it scale off ap or hp.

Katarina: I'm sorry, but I'm sick of seeing this champ on my team or the enemy team because they literally think that they're jesus or something and talk sh*t all game, rito, what were you thinking when you made this champ? An assassin that can 100-0 someone after she just 100-0 someone without having to wait for cooldowns. I understand that her ult can be stopped with hard cc but it's super difficult to do that when she's jumping around everywhere and she can kill your mid, adc and supp (depending on how tank they are) before the team fight even starts and still jump back to an ally. My suggestion, make it so that she has to wait 1 second to use her skills after killing someone and nerf her scaling on ALL abilities. (yes, i know that tanks with hard cc can 1v1 her, but they can't stop her in team fights)

Master Yi: He's an assassin, that assassinates with auto attacks, just let that sink in for a second. As soon as he gets IE or a phantom dancer he's basically going to invade the enemy jg and kill the opposing jungler, his meditate makes for easy tower dives and he's uncatchable and un escapable with his ult. I think it would be best if riot nerved yi's ad scaling, the scaling of his q and the amount of move speed his ult gives. (also rito, stop nerfing Irelia and start nerving champs that need a nerf)
So these are the champs that I personally think that need to be balanced and how rito can balance them. leave in the comments which champs you think should be nerfed and how they should be nerfed. (wow I typed a lot ^^)
