Attempt to join queue failed

I am sure I am not the first to post about this however ....

I was in champ select for a normal when some pug auto looked Lucian AFTER adc was already called and then switched to jungle! WTF ikr! So, I using my brain, didn't select a champ so that I wouldn't have to deal with that kind of $#!t ... again ... consecutively ... again! and then got a 6 min time out. I don't know what the solution is ... Im just bitchin bout noobs I guess.
