With a 170-130 record i lose 18 lp and gain 17
I think its just because right is a shit developer and doesnt want me to climb but does any one else have any ideas why they are fucking me over when im good.

You can have a negative winrate and still be climbing - It just means a lot of the negative winrate was from before then.
Likely, you have a positive winrate because of when you were climbing in rank. Now your rank has surpassed MMR, likely because you're not doing as well as you used to (because of general climbing, meaning your opponents are doing better).
