RIOT why must there be so many afks!

i have been playing ranked a lot now and i noticed that i always have an afk on my team and never on the other team. i find this unfair and also i got demoted 5 times because of 6 afks on my team in a row IN A ROW! RIOT i dont know how u can help this but we really need to start making sure people don't afk in ranked games or any type of game on the rift. I am realy trying to get out of Bronze but it always makes it 100% harder to win with a afk on my team and it always turns into an automatic loss and we (every one on my team ) always loses lp for having an unfair advantage with a 4v5. I HAVE SOME AFK history but i have agreed to stop and i have not afked anymore but it still makes me so mad when i dont qualify for a series because our noctunre afked because he was behind in lv. causeing me to lose almost every game because of a stupid afk in every match and i find it more recently in ranked since the last patch and i can not stand it! please riot read this and every one tell me its not only me that this happens to... this is Kip master23 and i just want this to make it to a riot employe.
