I can't be the only one who thinks this? I've never, in my entire life, won against victor. His "laser" is impossible to avoid, he suddenly has a shield? he can slow/stun and his combo is impossible to avoid since 3 of 4 of his spells is point and click. I've started to give up when I play against him, cause it doesn't matter at all what I'm doing..

also you might want to try other champions against him in order to perform better <3.
