so im facing a rengar as a nocturne jg im like ok its going to be a burst match then he first item titanics (on rengar the passive with his q empower is so broken 1k+ damage on a tank!!!!!) and them follows up with black cleaver steraks randuins ect he is so tanky it takes at elast 3 to kill him this is so broken and needs to be nerfed so bad
