Elwynn2 votesSoraka is aids with or without windspeaker. Janna has alwys been a strong pick atleast since s2. Shes just easy to play and fits in pretty much any meta. It has nothing to do with the mastery.

Miku Lv991 votesNo, it should get buffed to like 5x as good as it is. Then buff the other supports to make them on par with that. If you look at some of the other healers like 
then most people aren't using them very much or very well at the moment.
