Akali is too broken in EVERYBODY'S OPINION, q ult = DONE. Has freakin 3 ult stacks, and that means no one can run away and have a chance of getting away once she's fed or pretty much always, if she is 0/3 , she can one shot you even if you are 1 or 2 levels above, she is overbroken, and pretty much ruined the game. in my opinion, she needs less stacks for her ult , like 2 or at least nerfing her q cd or dmg, because it's too broken.
I don't think she's necessarily broken. It's some pretty unhealthy gameplay but i'd say the sustain that the synergy with her passive and 
provide her is the true issue. If her ult was a targeted skillshot i'd be happier for the provided counterplay but it would more than likely make her way too mobile. I definitely think Akali needs to be looked at but it's a weird scenario.

Any form of DrainTank just seems terrible for the game. You shouldn't be able to come back 10%hp vs 100%hp NOT KITE and still win at 100%health...
Yes, the other guy shouldn't engage maybe. But draintanks in general are just not fun. Either they are fed and wrecking everyone or they have very very low impact.
