I'm a new jayce main and I honestly think he's deadass broken. I'm always getting around 20 kills a game when I'm winning, and around 14 when I'm losing. I'm not known as a league player yet I still shit on other people with these champs. Is he broken?

Topazium1 votesLooking at http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=Freerunner, I'd certainly say you have played more than enough games to not dismiss it as 'luck', seeing as most of your recent games are with him. So the most likely answer, I'd say, as A.) the buff, and B.) It IS possible you just happen to be really good with him, and he's not too popular, so people might not know how to play against him as well.
Of course, I'm a Bronze 2, so not all advice I give might be completely accurate. Sorry.
