ARAM Bots and Reporting isn't doing anything

I play lot of ARAM because I happen to like the fact that it helps me learn the actual mechanics of a champion. However, what I am thoroughly disgusted with is Bots.

**It is a form a cheating and actually drags the enjoyment of the game down completely. **

Why hasn't Riot done anything to prevent these types of scripts into their game?
