Buff Udyr please

Udyr sucks. His last buffs didn't help his unnecesary 217836182767 nerfs prior to that which by the way almost all were unjustified and caused by an item and also the fact that he is one of the few junglers who can duel and make ur money maker Lee Skinn LC$ playmaker champ look bad therefore most of his nerfs were directly the cause to keep him weak so he cannot obscure Lee's domination.

Now we have reached the point where Udyr is in the Olaf syndrome: if he builds damage he gets blown up within 1 second, if he builds tank he deals next to no damage and the ADC just lifesteal facetanks him. And if you build inbetween it's even worse, you get blown up by even if you manage to gapclose he will no damage whatsoever.

His last buffs were terrible as it only enforced his "ball of stat" aspect while not adding anything unique. For starter can we have bearstance at lvl1 give either more movespeed or for a longer duration as 15% ms for 2 seconds in 2017 is a joke. (Meanwhile warwick gets 35% for 8 seconds on demand)

Second his turtle shield which is a pathetic 200 at MAX level (like many champs on shields have much higher value due to them being temporary and not permament). Like what are we supposed to do by trying to gank at lvl5-ish with a 50 shield when thunderlord procs for 150 dmg making our miserable life more of a meme than actual gameplay.

I could write an entire essay about his problems but soon i got to leave the house.

TLDR: Udyr sucks buff him thanks.

Hmm isn't that out of combat only? and on a like 100 sec cooldown granted it passively gives ASP but Udyr also gets the turtle stance heal.

On the shield, isn't it it 220 at 5 sec duration on a 6 sec base cooldown? Most shields do last 5 sec but have higher cooldowns, and aside from ults most shields fall in the 240 area. lee sin does have a 280 on a 2 sec duration, but i believe that is his last leveled ability.

And on TLD if you are level five, i'll assume the enemy is six(jungle vs lane exp) Thats 60 + we will say maybe 25 more at that early on.

Udyr is an absolute monster late game.
