Juggernauts: Renekton
With all this changes and reworks the Top lane meta will switch once more, but I have the feeling 
will fall behind even more do you have some changes in store for him ? does he even goes in the "juggernaut" group?

is actually pretty strong right now in isolation but the 
top meta hurts him quite a bit compared to when 
was the standard. Renekton wears people down until they're low enough to kill and then snowballs out of control, but TP being the standard cuts down on his kill pressure massively and makes his dominant early game less relevant.
Didn't he used to have a bunch of Rage passive buffs on his empowered abilities?
The defined Juggernauts as big immobile bruisers. Renekton is not immobile. Also all four that were worked on are in a worse spot than Renekton currently. The worst you can say for Renekton right now is he is no longer the champ that coined the phrase "Renekton Bar."
Nasus is a juggernaut he just doesn't need a full rework
Renekton fits more into the relatively-mobile fighter archetype versus the "Get kited to shit every game above Gold" Juggernaut archetype.
Guy will probably be nerfed due to titanic hydra though.
he´s more of a "dive", as he´s more mobile than juggernauts.

don't somehow fall into the juggernaut category according to riot...half of these champions literally sit in a team fight and whack the other person to death. All of these are champions who basically only build 1 or 2 damage items if any simply because their kit lets them do it and have cc, where as morde has no cc, is possibly one of the squishiest mages in existence, and stacks as much AP as possible.
What about Volibear? Hes a bruiser too.
