Remakes

Today I was playing Ranked Flex. I was in a Duo and we were matched with a Trio. One of the Trio never connected to the game, and his friends died prior to a remake process. I am not sure whether their deaths prevented the remake, but regardless we lost the game and there was nothing I or my partner could do about it. I was demoted due to something that was nowhere near my fault nor had to do with my skill as a player. I think the remake system needs to be fixed to accommodate for this or at least do not punish the other players when one player does not connect. This is the reason why many people quit league or complain about their ELO. Thank you.
