Conqueror for ranged champs

So is there a reason for why ranged champs don't have a weaker version of conq aside from stacking it slower...? Like it should have some downside to it lol. Maybe make it either last less time with the stack to 4.5 seconds or give less damage/healing (It's broken overall on all champs basically but ranged is just even more for champs like Ryze/Ezreal)

I suggested a per-spell CD, differentiated between ranged and melee.

This way Cass, Ryze, Ezreal, Irelia, Kat, etc can't instant-stack it.

But we all know Riot doesn't listen to good suggestions.

We don't need a weaker version

we just need 8 sec stack duration on melee and 6 sec on ranged champions like how fervor used to be
