More ways to get skins!!!!

I was just wondering, and this is just a random thought I had, but there is a HUGE amount of skins in the game, and I feel like the skins I get from chests are for champions I don’t play. I think it would be a beneficial feature for players who don’t want to spend a lot of money on the game if you could purchase skins with orange essence. You use it to enchant skin shards, so maybe it would be similar to that, but just cost a lot more. It feels more rewarding if I’m grinding up orange essence to buy a skin I really like then if I was spending money to get it/waiting 3 million years to get it from a chest. Please let me know y’alls thoughts.

Honestly, I'm going to look at the logical reasoning on this and say that Riot has to make money some how. It's a Free to Play game and their server costs, employee costs, etc have to be paid somehow. I personally would rather pay for a skin I want and help a company that I've been enjoying since S3.

I should be a little more clear, but I was thinking around 5000 essence for a 1350 skin, scaling up and down respectably. I’m the type of player who will spend money if a skin comes out that I really enjoy, but otherwise I consider myself free to play. I’m thinking this would only work if it costs a huge sum of essence to get a skin, or else Riot wouldn’t make any profit. I’m sure if the Devs see this they can think of a balanced way to put this in effect.

or maybe even letting you trade in X amount of skin shards for one of your pick worth X? I do agree waiting for a skin in those boxes for one of your champs is so annoying but I just don't want Riot's profits to go down to 0 because no one is buying anything anymore.

But yeah having a super high amount of essence too would work

Or maybe a way to earn RP (small amount) out of orange essences... Would be cool from time to time to get a chroma, hell even get these 5 RP you need because you don't have enough for that skin and don't want to buy RP just for it either
