975 Akali skins update - No particles?

I just saw the Akali skins update and I was wondering if Riot could give particles to Nurse, Stinger and All Star Akali? These are 975 skins after all, not 750 tier ones.

I thought with an update, they would at least bring it up to the standard but I was disappointed.

I think those reveals on SkinSpotlights are still the pre-release skins. There's still some time for changes before they go live.
