Ok guys this is just not fair.... I just lost promos because the enemy team did a remake and it counted as my loss in the promos... This really doesn't add up at all, how can someone from the enemy team have an impact on my score and my promos when our team did nothing wrong? Can someone please give me an answer?

Thx man, I played another game after the loss and I lost again, that's how I found out I was "unsuccessful" in the series, cus I didn't think I had one loss already...I tried to contact the support but there was no specific category for this, I just chose 'technical issues'.... I'm curious if this happens to everyone or is it just a mistake? Because if it's normal to lose cus of enemy's afk, that's just harsh...

Dodging counts as a loss in promos, but I don't think you get any notification until you complete a game. (I think it explains it in the pop-up that shows every time you try to dodge. But I don't know what it says, because of course no one reads it.)
If you didn't dodge, then that sounds like a pretty serious bug.

Thank you, it's probably that.... Yeah, I dodged a game cus our first pick went Yi mid and started to troll in the chat and when it was my turn to pick I just let the time run out...so that counts as a loss too? :(
Leonerdo1 votesYeah... Riot doesn't want people dodging a bunch in their promos, trying to find the perfect team. But then games like yours happen... A lot of people just want one free dodge in promos (the rest still count as losses), but I think that would cause even more misunderstandings.

Now those kinds of problems really need to be taken into account, but apparently they don't care as much.
Dart Later1 votesI got an answer from Riot support, it turns out I DID lose the promos because of a dodge, but i dodged because I had a troller in my team during picking, and i DIDN'T want to lose, so it's kind of ironic....they really should do something about trollers in ranked, it's fine if it's normal games but in ranked they are ruining someone's goal to progress and play with better players and improve...
