1.Will singed be touched at all during the vaunguard update? He was not touched in the mage update but he is technically not the sub-class of vaunguards. With his passive not being too helpful with the meta singed build and ghost nerfs, I would love to see some love for the mad chemist. 2.If he will not be updated would we be able to see any rework at all or tweak?

Haven't you heard? Singed is cancer now because he can stack dark seals and get insane sustain early. It is really easy to push the enemy out of lane and have them wind up 100 CS down and harmless in team fights.

As a singed main I already know about the triple/quad seal stratagy but riot keeps indirectly nerfing singed with the ghost and SoC.
