Riot matching making OP

So ima just say this, riot u need to make ur match making more equal, cause christ on a bike it is the same damn thing since i started playing end of season 5, 80% of the time, 1 team is way better than the other team thanks to match making, 10% of the time its fairly matched, 8% throws by 1 team ahead by a ton, and 2% the better team losing due to trolling. I just had a flex game where enemy jg was d5 in solo q and p2 flex rank, and our jg was g4 solo q and silver 1 for flex rank. I think everyone can see where this is going, yes if u guessed the enemy jg steamrolled our team because of just killin our jg going to predictable places, then u guessed correctly. He carried the game which i get happens often in the current meta, but my god, its so hard to practice champs when matchmaking makes u waste 20 minutes of ur life because the enemy team actually has a good jungler which seems to be the case often, and just gets every lane rollin. So what I would suggest, is make people's solo q rank affect where they play in flex as well as their flex rank ofc, cause these type of games are just a big ol waste of time for people who are trying to get better at certain champ(s). And do not say "just play norms and stop complaining". I refuse to do that, norms are way too troll where people pick whatever they want to and not even care bout winning. At least in flex people still try to win. All im saying is a d5 jg vs g4 jungle is not fair in any way, shape, or form. I don't care if those are solo q ranks and im playin flex, this imo should be addressed cause I'm sick of people just straight dying because the enemy is superior in knowledge and skill and makes me waste my time on this game.
