Is the new tribunal ready? When will it come out?

Sorry If I posted this on the wrong board, also sorry If I misspell something, English is not my first lenguage.

Today I played with one of the worst and most toxic Jayce players I've ever had the bad luck to play with. Not only he never did something helpfull for the team, over extended and died... a lot, but he also started flaming me for no reason. Normally I just ignore this kind of players but this time I started insulting him, I am in a losing streak so the last thing I wanted was some random idiot raging at me.

What does this have to do with my question? well it's simple, In my opinion, toxic players are the biggest problem in the game right now because not only ruin our game experience but also create new toxic players. They also make our whole community look like assholes and I the worst part is that, right now, they are not being punished because most people don't report them, thinking that because the tribunal is not working right now, they won't get punished anyways.

I really think it's time for the tribunal to come back and I would love to have some updates.

TL;DR: Rito pls bring the tribunal back I'm tired of the toxic players
