I had a fixed FPS 60 all the time

I am playing lol with my Alienware PC with Nvidia GTX970M. I used to have a FPS around 200. However, the FPS could not get anything higher than 60 after my most recent windows update. Can someone help me with that please? I have closed VSync already but does not work actually.

Uncap your FPS in your game settings (Display? I forget the option screen) if you want it above 60. Cap it to 60 if you want it at 60. If it's uncapped and still 60 then that's what your computer allows I suppose.
