I was wondering is there a situation in which one build is better than the other? I saw today (cant remember which team) on LCS build assassin Jhin with youmuus and duskblade, but on champion.gg the build with most winrate is standart Crit jhin. Same applies to the MF and Luc assassin build is there any situation in which crit build is better than assassin build? or do both deal the same ammount of damage?
The armor pen builds are generally focused for their ults, especially MF and lucian, since they can spread the cleaver stacks multiple times across large areas

Yes each situation is different with each adc. Ezreal has a different build than caitlin but both have standard builds. Lucian has 2 optimal builds, Jhin also has two optimal builds also keep in mind champion.gg only relays info from Plat 1 - Bronze 5 ; win rates
The point is that the ADC builds are each designed for two entirely different situations. IE based builds, for the vast majority of ADCs anyway, offer way more firepower than every other option and best enables an ADC's hyper carry traits. ER based builds have a better mid game spike and emphasize the mid game supremacy that ADCasters have. Youmuu's based build is for gunning down the enemy as fast as possible due to its more solid first item rush compared to IE and ER, and faaaaaaaaaar smoother power curve from the Early to Mid Game than either crit based builds.
