So what does Rengar win if he wins this, since his necklace was removed from the game? And if nothing what would you suggest that he does get?

He gains increases vision range (125 I think) inside bushes.

He gets to look even more intimidating when the enemy sees their Kha'Zix's head instead of a trinket.

Their ally. Their friend. The bro Kha'Zix that gave Blue to his 0-2 mid laner and then ganked soon after, which allowed him to catch up. The guy that 1v5'ed so the Sona could escape. The guy that dove into the enemy team to Smite dragon.

Their dear Kha'Zix, reduced to nothing but a trophy to one of the scariest champions in the game. Utterly demoralizing, completely destroying all hope.
