MOVE the surrender vote

Just when you thought the interface couldn't get any worse. We can no longer drag the surrender vote out of view. NOPE you have to stare at a giant block on your screen (that will flash). Brought to you by the same high IQ that puts the messages in the interface right over loot and store buttons. Genius....

I'll give it a week, if it's not rolled back, I dunno if I wanna deal with one more annoyance. The straw that broke the camel's back.

Like who did they test group that on? Who in their right minds actually though clogging up the screen in a pvp game is smart?....
