Do something about stupid boosting and smurfing already!

Do somethig about it, I don't care what, I don't want be forced to play agains people from platinum and above in bronze cause they felt like making more than ONE account, with that in mind you can just delete whole league system and match people at random regardless of their skill level. Its unfair and annoying to play against smurfing morons. I dont wnat to play against them, when my team is full bronze and feeding like crazy. Matchmaking is no longer working, everyone cheats it on smurfing cause they play on much lower level and are moronic enough to spam izi and other crap in chat. I have enough of that!

Forgive me but i'm beyond mad atm. Stupid smurfing riven just ruined my whole team of REAL bronze players. And I hate those low morons that need to boost their ego and go off their main platinum or diamond account to make fun of players in lower tiers. I really hate them all.

Not to even metion boosting sites, you can just pay for 10 wins or for getting your account to gold, and there is no sings of any actions on RIOT side, there is like plenty of boosting sites, you pay and they play for you and win you games, and I know some people are paying.

When Rito introduced dynamic queue they have shown that they give no shit about boosting and ranked integrity, because "they are just playing with friends".

uh i mean a good smurf does not play in lower elos besides 2 games in low gold at start of placements, theyll be out of gold in 7 games if not placed in plat. dont know what to tell you there man

You can't place in plat excpet under the most extreme circumstances. It requires that you duo for all the placement matches with a higher than baseline rank player (typically a gold duo would do) to increase the MMR of your opponents (thus increasing your MMR gains for the wins), and that you win ALL 10 matches. This earns a maximum placement point of plat 5. Keep in mind this information is second hand, I have never tested it myself despite many numerous placement experiments. I have only ever won all 10 of my placements as a solo and of the half handful of times I did this it has been concluded (along with confirmation from others performing the same experiment) that the maximum placement rank for some on playing solo and winning all 10 placements is gold 1.

Just to clarify for you mate since you're a tad mistaken on what is possible for placements. Also keep in mind this information is regarding FRESH level 30 accounts that have never before played a ranked match. Players who held rankings in previous seasons will have placements work differently and how that works can be found in the thread "PSA regarding ranked placements and seedings for all who are confused".

I'm a four season diamond and one time master tier player who still ranks in high diamond. My only point is that's it's not even remotely close to as simple as you make it seem to place in plat. And you certainly can't place any higher than plat 5. The overwhelming majority of players don't play placements with a gold or better duo and it's been 100% confirmed by thousands of players that placing in plat as a solo isn't possible and further that was confirmed by riot sources. I wasn't disqualifying your statement. I was clarifying the conditions it can happen under as they are very extreme and require knowledge of mmr manipulation which is something most players won't even know about.

Now here we agree fully. The overwhelming majority of players who smurf will never even see bronze unless you pull a LiveYiOrDieHard and tank your account playing champions you know you're terrible at in order to achieve a bronze ranking for some reason. In his case he likes to dodge all his promos and maintain a "bronze ranking" to freak out the platinum players he plays with for lols since matchmaking matches you based on the mmr system and not the league system. It is indeed incredibly unlikely you will find any real smurfs below the 1400 mmr range so having one in bronze is a bit of a stretch.
