Kled Where is Riot's Logic

Just wanted to see what everyone else's thought's on Kled are. I feel like every new champion that comes out has an even more overpowered ultie than the last. Kled's ultie is like a sivir ultie and a scion ultie on steriods. Not to mention he gets a knock back when he gets to his destination. Also, his final destination is not shown to enemies so opponents have no clue where you need to go to even attempt to dodge his ultie. And then there is immunity to death when he is switching off his mount. If he has enough damage on him to kill him when his mount health runs out I don't see why he should get an immunity. I realize he is a new champion and riot wants to make new champions competitive but his ult seems fairly broken to me.
