Trash Windows System cause me lost and have to leave my rank game!

There was a problem with stupid windows system that when I play game in full screen mode, the task bar at the bottom of the desktop keep showing up whenever I move my mouse to the bottom edge of the screen, which cause my game screen keep pop out! It so xxxx stupid! When I try to fight my opponent in jungle area, It pop me out and I got killed, when I run to lane, it pop me out again. Finally I have to restart my game so that the problem may be fixed. But after all, my team lost and I believe they all report me! But to myself, my 100% win rate on Shayv also gone. I know I can't do much with such xxxx problems, But all I want to say is “XXXX Windows!”
