i play since yesterday garen adc and using lucian korean build (i know garen is an tank) but what build is the correctly build as garen adc ?

yup. 40% with the ghostblade, and some flat armor pen, extra movement and attack speed when needed, and 12% dr on phantom dancers.

essence reaver. the manareturn is useless on garen, but its still a ridiculously stat efficient item with ad, crit and up to 30% cdr.
dont just rush it first item though. finish a 
before you finish . youll probably have to experiment with the build path.
honestly, i wouldnt just go into a ranked game with this. experiment in normals, arams or bot games until you feel comfortable with it.

im not sure how useful cleaver is on an ad/crit build. essence reaver is an option, but your goal on crit garen isnt to get into extended fights to make much use of the cleaver stacks.
youre trying to get picks on squishies mostly. get in, burst them asap and get out. you dont have the survivbility to trade for too long.
steraks helps with garens passive to not get bursted too quickly.
