Frames drops or something is wrong with league LAG

after the patch or something.

all of a sudden game got laggy. frame drops.

i use to be able to click side to side, without and lag or issues. but all of a sudden, it frame drops. or aka frame stop .

it feels like it is laggy. and it is not smooth.

w t f is this.

is it me or it is universal ???

csgo runs smoother than league now. something is wrong.

league use to run smoother than other games. and now it is runing laggier.

what is going on?
