I really hate Fiora

I have been playing Kled in Draft pick, trying to learn him cause i have purchased him recently. Get into champ select and ban Yasuo cause if the enemy pick Yasuo i pretty much always end up losing. Enemy picks Fiora. Laning phase is actually fun, closest laning i have had. We are building the same items (tiamat, black clever) and it is starting to get out of hand, she is starting to do way more damage than me. A little bit later every time i walk in lane she ults me she does 1700~ true damage. So i start trying to run away from her, even ulting to try to get away, but everytime i ult to try to run away, she dashes in front of me, then kills me. I tried building tank, but at this point i can't show myself in lane otherwise she will look at me and i will die, so i cant continue getting gold to finish my tank items. At one point i even flashed, E'd and ulted and she was still able to stop and kill me. I am so frustrated that there seems to be no counter play against her. She has really good mobility so if she ults you its not difficult what so ever to pop all of the vitals. I have really just come here to try to vent my anger, because that was bullshit. There was nothing i could do against her once she got her ult, and it was up every time i got back to lane.
