How good is the static shiv and rapid fire cannon combo now?

I've been thinking about mainly using it on champions like Miss Fortune and Jhin.

The reason I think it might be good is because I used to use it on MF before they removed the stacking and with Jhin I feel like both items having good crit and attack speed (and movement speed) works well with his passive and a crit build. Another reason is because both MF and Jhin rely on quick burst in very few auto attacks (MF passive and Jhin 4th shot or full 4 shot combo).

What are your thoughts and have you tried it?

1 zeal item + botrk is the prefered build choice now over 2 zeal items.

Even on someone like Jhin and Miss Fortune? I find that hard to believe.
