So currently, Dr. Mundo passively regenerates Health icon 0.3% of his maximum health each second. (that's official passive)

My idea:

Buff the passive to 1.2% with a possible speed boost every 25 seconds, however here's the interesting part.

I've noticed the syringe is sticking out of his back always, why can't you just pull it out?

I was thinking maybe if you did an auto from the back it would pull out the syringe out of his back, giving him a temporary debuff and he either has to buy a new one from the base for gold or wait 3 minutes for it to reappear

Maybe when you grab the syringe you can use it yourself, and give yourself a buff for 10 seconds.

Is it a good idea or just another weird idea?

I'm free to ideas on how you would change it.

Doesn't fit with the new lore. In the new lore, they completely ruined the character and literally made him shitty. As in, that syringe is filled with and I quote, "a mixture of cavernberry juice from breakfast and god-knows-what from his chamber pot."

His passive is literally a watered-down Garen passive that works in combat.

As it stands, he's just a weakened mash-up of Volibear and Mordekaiser, with no real abilities.

His q and ult are really the only "real abilities" he has, but his ult is easily countered by grievous wounds. His q is pretty good though, I like it.

He needs a rework as much as Skarner and Udyr.

Mundo passive is really bad....

So many champions have multiple aspects of their passive. not even going to bother to list any, you know, you play the game. How is Mundo's passive not just a terrible version of Garen's passive? When you consider Garen has no health cost for his abilities, Mundo does, his passive is basically just a 'mana regen' mechanic for his ability. So Mundo has no passive when you consider it that way>

He only has a passive when you have 4k+ HP and Visage. otherwise he just has free regen beads lol (minus health cost from 4/4 of his abilities)

This idea for his passive sounds dumb but changing his passive for something else would be nice.
