Runes

I don't have enough IP to buy runes, and all my friends have bought runes when they were on sale for 1ip each. I'm thinking of waiting for the next sale and not spending 10K on runes, can anyone tell me when the next sale is since i can't seem to find it anywhere

All tier 2 runes are 1 ip. Your friends bought tier 2 runes.
