Where is Cassiopeia's damage?

I just played her in an ARAM, got 500 stacks of her passive within 10 minutes, got Deathcap, Liandry's, and a Morello's. I couldn't do any damage to anyone on their team that had even one MR item.

I'd land both poisons, and get two or three E's off before they got out of my range, and it would do under 300 damage with close to 600 AP.

Where is her damage?

Your build is horrible. Liandry's and Morello's on a DoT mage that wants to nuke people with spamming E?..... Really dumb. Go RoA, WotA, Rylai's, Dcap, void staff, and then complain if you have no damage.....
