Dragon Timer
Why would riot go and make it so that you always had Dragon timer? It was a stupid idea.

I'd rather they left it the way it was too.
If anything remove the Global Cry near champions.
No pit vision, no timer, no cry.
Because it already had an instant particle effect and sound when a team got it? Anyone paying the SLIGHTEST bit of attention knew exactly when dragon died already; it having a timer now just removes a bit of pointless bookkeeping.
Unless someone on your team was viewing the pit, you wouldn't hear the dragon cry or even know it was killed, now it announces it to everyone. Vefore there was a chance to be able to sneak a second drag or even a third without the enemy being able to react but now if you're behind and a few dragons could help you it's pointless because the enemy team will be waiting for you.

The dragon effect gives a freaking particle effect to every single enemy champion, plays a dragon death sound NEAR every single enemy champion, and puts the Dragonslayer buff on their toolbar. Unless for some reason the ENTIRE enemy team is in fog of war you would know exactly when dragon spawned, and if the entire enemy team is in fog of war you could add 5 seconds from when you last saw one of them and call that the dragon death timer (and it would be correct in almost every case, and even if it wasn't it'd be very close to when dragon died).
Yes, if I see the enemy champions glow with dragon buff, and hear the roar, I can definitely count the exact time until Dragon.
But the whole point of warding dragon/baron/buffs is to know when they are up and to have map awareness. If there were to be no enemy champions in your team's field of visions, and you had no clue they were sneaking dragon, then you were off for the timer. If they appeared a minute or so after they got drag (cause they backed to heal), then you were a minute or so off your mental timer. Having a large indicator saying "You missed drag, but the next one is coming in..." is really quite dumb. It ruins the sneaky plays of gaining extra dragons, and just shouts to the enemy team "Hey, were all at drag, go push top, cause we aren't there".
Heck, even the Dragon Counter is not updated until you see a champion after they get dragon. This instant update of dragon timer loses so much potential for sneaky coordinated plays, and stops the victorious team from punishing the other team for not warding.
I thought Riot wanted to Encourage warding? :)
