Why he is allowed to walk without care about control ward, when 
have to do ?
I don't care if it's short, it's still long enought to walk bush from bush and staying stealth.
Because his stealth is different. He gets short bursts of total stealth. All those champions get long periods of camouflage.
Shaco is the same way. Back when they reworked stealth a bit, they made it so champions with long stealth could be seen if you’re next to them and those with short bursts completely stealthed.

Kha'Zix' stealth is *invisibility" - that means he can't be spotted by control wards or sweeping lens. This is not very problematic though, since his stealth is very short. And thats the point. Also Kha'Zix is pretty weak if you try to kill him with assistance.
