Can we get all summoner spells from the very beginning ?? Please ?

Right now im leveling an account and it sucks. I keep seeing 2-3 people on 1 lane just because we can't pick smite or any NORMAL summoner spell. Someone said that summoner's are reward for leveling an account ? WOAH. WOAH. WOAH. WOAH.. A reward ? Im being rewarded with a SUMMONER SPELL, which is one of the MOST BASIC AND NECESSARY THINGS in the game ??? If you gave us a NORMAL summoner spells: Flash,Smite,Teleport right away , low level games wouldnt be full of "go bot retard, go mid retard" etc. I have no idea whomst thought "Hey, let's make summoner spells a rewards for leveling an account". Freaking nonsense. And the most ridicolous thing is: We can't pick flash until level 8 ? What the fawk ? Why tho ? Will a new player use flash incorrectly if he isn't level 8 ? Will he ignite minions if he's not level 10 ? If you ask me, this makes no sense at all. Ghost, which is a WAY HARDER summoner spell to use than flash is available at the very beginning Heal: ye, ok, whatever. Cleanse: Tell me, how in the world would a level 3 player recognize situations where he will find cleanse useful ? Exhaust: The same as cleanse.

Oh, you're giving us runes right as we start a new account in the next season? Cool, do the same for summoner spells. Because low levels are a complete mess, and when someone has an unfair adventage because of a spell its not okay at all.

EDIT: I was just about to post and realized. I agree with smite being a little bit harder to use. But do something about it. Make a mini-tutorial (just one window ffs) to explain a new player how , where, and why should he use smite, explain that player that his job is to farm jungle then go and help his teammates.

And, now, after all, i have no idea why spells are 'unlockables' ? They're like the main part of this game and playmaking in the same. This might sound a bit stupid, but im SURE that there are a players (a new players) who left the game just because they didnt find their summoner spells useful, and because they got killed so many times with enemy's ignite, thinking: hmm, why cant i use ignite now ffs. Or they just found out that having flash+ignite is a bit better than cleanse+heal or exhaust+ghost (which i've seen new players doing, learning. But if you want them to learn, you cant just drop 2 random useless summoner spells and expect them to be cool with it). And no, im not saying that someone was like "OMG I DONT HAVE FLASH AT LVL 1 I LEAVE THIS GAME". What im saying is that this can be one of the reasons.

"Hey, what is this green thing for ? Oh, well, you heal a bit and get movement speed" "And this blue one with a man on it, probably something rly cool" "Well... you move faster" "Oh.. oke.. Is there anything else ?" "Yes, but you have to be level 10 to use all the spells :)" "Level 10 ? But that sounds like alot of games to play, and im not smurfing, so my games wont last for 10 minutes, they will last for 30 minutes." "well, get rekt kiddo".

And, please, people. I know that this sounds so stupid to y'all, but look from a new player's point of view. I think you werent happy when you found out that you need lvl 10 for that ignite :3. And new players probably wont nolife league 24/7 like we do. It takes a bit of time for them to get to level 10. My friend has an acc for 2 years and is level 25.. He plays league, but casually. Maybe a game-two in a week. And if he loses both of them.. Lul. I dont know about this tho, do we get less experience when we lose a game if we're not lvl 30 ?

Making summoner spells available at different levels but throwing these levels together into the same match is a somewhat questionable choice. I don't see a problem with making them available on different levels per se, but rather the mix-matching of them in matches, which gives your opponent a somewhat unfair advantage. But the same goes for runes and masteries, so that'd be the next thing to change in that matter, and as soon as you overlook it, everyone has every possibility open at first level and that'll completely overstrain real new players with barely any experience or knowledge.

Looking at it from a new player point of view.......

You are shown the basics of the summoner spells first... the easiest and most useful for a new player.

Eventually as you get more skilled, you unlock more summoner spells.

It is done like this so that there isnt EVERYTHING thrown at a new player at once....... for example, masteries. "Oh god at lvl 1 i have 30 points to use? What the heck am i going to do with these" you unlock things slowly and surely by playing. The more you play the more skilled you get. You will atleast have a clue of where you are wanting to go with the stuff.

Level 10 can be gotten in a few days at most. 1 day at least. Depending on how much you play.

Focus on beginner bots because you get the most exp for the least time, for until you are level 15 or 18 or so.
