Good and Bad Ekko Matchups?

I am a main, and I had been playing a lot against in the mid lane. When I play against him I always end up having the advantage with pretty much helpless while I harass him with my E ever since his nerfs, while unable to get close enough to do major damage. I'm not sure if it is because the 's I'm playing against are inexperienced or that just straight up counters . Any thoughts on this match up and any other champs that have notable advantage or disadvantage against Ekko in any lane or jungle. I'm just interested on hat people think of right now.
