How to effectively make your laners win in lane.

I am a jungle main, and I find it increasingly hard to watch as my laners constantly die even though I have gotten them kills, and forced the enemy to back. I don't know why but it seems that bot lane is the worst case. An example would be a game I played where I got bot lane up two kills, and they were up 20 cs. I decided to leave them alone so they could focus on poking down the enemy and farming. This was also so I could then get more farm and focus on my top, who wasn't losing terribly but needed assistance. I go top, and go for a risky gank which only really gets my top lane a back from the enemy laner. still, this allows him to get the cs he needs to solo kill the other laner. But here's the kicker, right after I leave top to go farm, I get about twenty pings from my bot laners saying they need assistance. I look at their health and they're super low, they then die before I can get there. Nobody had ganked them, and they weren't counter picked, they just were making terrible plays and didn't know the basics like minion aggro. This happened constantly until botlane was down 4 kills.

I just want to know what I can do to prevent situations like this without having to constantly camp out one lane.

(Mid was perfectly fine though did need to be counter ganked a couple times)
