Hi, can you buff his base attack damage early lvls? 48 is really too weak. Vlad is good no doubt but it takes a lot more effort playing this champ vs others that are alot stronger (viable) picks .
I believe 55 attack damage like malhazar wont upset others players really much

would make his last hitting fairly easy pre 7. I think vlad should have to decide between Qing the minion to guarantee the cs or always saving Q for champion. With last hitting easier it makes it much easier for vlad to just hold Q for forever

he really doesnt need any rework, he is good as he is, and a lot of fun to play, just need some small tweaks, like, range, speed.. he is hard to balance i know that, some small change and he becomes op.
He is good, but there are a lot of better champs and against a inteligent player vlaimird will stay behind, you can counter his counter plays, but will require a lot of thinking of a vlad player
