Riot please do something about supports

Dear riot could you please do something about support that enables them to be counted equal to the other role? Something like have 2 assists equal to that of 1 kill as we the BACKBONE aren't out for kills or cs, It makes it supremely hard on us to gain elo if our mmr is lower than our skill! We the support main are tired of being unrecognized for our skill levels of sacrifices we have to make for our team! Also WE get uber flamed and down graded for take a kill to save a life. AND bth we really hate babysitting the children that are 5/3/4 because they became tilted from us saving their life when had to do it ending matches 4/3/26 puts us at a HUGE disadvantage to climb because we're not there for kills or a high creep score! PLEASE PLEASE oh riot gods hear the cry of us the supports!

The reason you are having trouble gaining elo is because you are playing support at low elo. Stop it. Supports are fine.

Erm..... you don't speak for me. I generally get right up with laners on gold if I'm doing my job right, and the adcs I play with generally don't give a F if I take kills. They know I'm a monster when I play Nami and most strangers know it too once they see me around level 7ish. When you can reliably go most games with 1-2 deaths max on nami but 70% kill participation rate, people respect you enough not to bish.

I guarantee in that same game you went 4/3/26, those 26 assists probably surpass the entire KDA of any of your laners; they're probably like ~7/2/8 or so. You got enough assists to make it worth it.

If an ADC rages, block them.

idk how hardstuck you are but maybe try a new acc if your mmr really is that screwed I'm not a high elo player myself but climbing in low elo with support wouldn't be that hard if your skill level in general is higher than your current elo

if you're talking about just climbing in low elo then I would suggest you to not play healers like Soraka

here are some champions that imo is a ticket out of bronze as long as you can hit skillshots : Nami Janna Lux Morgana

...from my experience, I do get noticed when I make good plays and our play style is most certainly not "making sacrifices" nor have I ever been flamed just for playing support or taking 1 kill

...this reminded me of that time when I accidentally took 2 kills or something and my adc was 0/0/5 and said "I love playing support" xdddd

Well I want to thank you all for the tips and information as I have began climbing as Lulu I'm on a 8-2 w/l streak and climbing consistently I am also using Nami and Braum but only if my team needs a tank and my adc's are able to execute his passive fast enough otherwise 1 tricking Lulu
