If a champions ult has a longer cd than yasuo's ultimate then it shouldn't be affected by his windwall.

It is unreasonable to assume that I am going to be better than every yasuo I come across. Isntead what I ask is that when the match is even in individual skill with the champion in question for me to have an equal chance of winning or losing regardless of matchup lest the matchup is skewed due to reasonable cause. I'm fine with losing to a darius that is my equal 80% of the time when I am playing malphite top. this is fine. I am not fine with losing to a yasuo that is my equal 80% of the time becuase I am playing a champion that relies heavily on a high cooldown fair* ultimate in teamfights. more so because there are a lot more of those than there are of malphite esc toplaners.

*Fair meaning it is a skillshot and can be reacted to.

IF we cut out the ones that ignore the windwall, this still leaves out brand. both of his projectiles need to connect.

This came to me in about a second as well I'm sure there are more.

if brand misses his stun yasuo is not getting hit by his pillar. unless the yasuo is significantly worse. but if we balance around imbalanced matches then we have a much more pressing matter. because that means we aren't balancing around the yasuo being much better.

Or if it's an ult like draven or Ezreal just lower the damage down to it's cap that it would have gotten if it hit a minion wave.

Eh, you could just say that his windwall can't deflect things of a certain power. Huge chunks of ice, and tidal waves going through, but not bullets or arrows.
