So the waiting screen for lower priority queue is too much in the face

So i got a lower prio queue at lol, just cuz my computer sux, and i had to left te game multiple times, and i still want to be able to do things in the lobby while sitting in the lower prio queue, if i want to do someting like checking match history, or adjusting runes/masteris. The point is, riot, could you please improve the waiting screen for lower priority queue, so that we don't have to do other things while waiting for the normal queue to start? thanks for reading this in advance, and i hope you will improve this

Despite the fact that it's intended as a punishment, I think having to wait out that timer is bad enough, no reason it should prevent you from hopping into the shop, playing around with runes/masteries, looking at past games, etc.

I still can't believe I can get in trouble from a computer game. I didn't leave because my computer sucks, I left because I didn't want to waste my time with the 3 trolls I got on my team in one game. Anyways, that screen is way too in your face.

I assume this was for me, since the other guy said his computer DCed. I spoke with my one legitimate teammate before I quit, and he said he didn't blame me and wouldn't report me, but he didn't want to get an AFK himself. So no, I didn't screw him over. I wouldn't have left if he wasn't okay with it. I'm not a duck.

I'm not upset I got the low-priority, either. I knew I would. I just think it would be nice to shop or mess with runes or whatever while waiting 5 minutes. It's really not necessary for you to come in here and attack a stranger for some perceived wrong against you that he had nothing to do with. I'm sorry other people have gone AFK on you, I know it sucks. But it wasn't me, and I would never quit without talking to my teammates first. So please keep the discussion on topic instead of attacking people.

I'm pretty sure a new client has been confirmed that it's being worked on, so a QoL change like this would be pointless.

The point is that it forces you to stop and think for 5 min about the impact your actions have on others in the game. It wastes your time just like you wasted the time of those you play with.
