YOU ACTUALLY ABLE TO HAVE A WATER ELEMENT ON QIYANA WHEN YOU PLAY ARAM

So i was playing ARAM and got Qiyana and when i was playing and about to heal, i used my W to leap so i can get into the heal faster but when i clicked right on the square where the heal is located, it turns to be a water element!
