Suggestion for Riot

Hello dear Rito, it past long time since we didn't meet again, tbh I thought we will never meet again,2009-2013 11 permabans,this suppose to be 12th but I leave game and went to other company games to play, I won't say name of company and wich games, but from 2015 to 2018 I had really fun there I learn to behave, and I come again to League of Legends better, stronger, and I would like to assist you to improve game with my suggestions. But first, from all I wanna tell you I get disappointed in other games company I finger out they are p2w, other reason why I come back I saw many changes in-game, new items, dragons are update, then in middle game map changes, etc, etc very nice job RITO! My first suggestion is to make voice chat-in ranked games that's everyone can talk, in that way u will improve a loot game, other things make visible live-chat for everyone that u can get easy help and fast. I like your patch notes and updates that's nice when u can see what's coming next, for example, I have 750k on Fiddlestick, and I saw he will be re-work glad to see that Riot care about every champion in-game, one small suggestion make time in friend list, for example, my pre-made partner went offline 3hrs ago and I do not know when he went offline...Make visible/appear offline for friends. This is a big chance Riot, now or never! :D
