Just ping blast everywhere

Hello there, I normally don't do this often but since this happened today I can't help but be salty about it. I was starting a game at around 10 pm today, and in champion select, my messages began to be way too late. After pressing start in order to send them, they appeared 5 seconds later. I was thinking maybe this is some internet issues, it will go away. I was playing just fine before. Then I look at my ping that is 999, on the orange zone. Then I got disconnected once the game started. I tried and tried to re-enter the game however, it just didn't connect at all. Then when I can finally get in, I receive this BS message telling me to agree not to AFK. I really wanted an option to say, please fix your servers, then Ill agree, however this is clearly not an option. This bug, or whatever it is can get somebody banned, I do understand that the tribunal has to check before giving you a punishment, but this is still a bad experience.

Am I the only one getting this? or are there others going through the same thing?
